Drawing from a lineage of ingenuity—my father, a mechanical engineer behind Triumph TR5s and Bell X-1 components—I've embraced a practical, problem-solving approach to design. While my design style has often been favored for being adaptive and sensitive to given guidelines, I’m playful at heart, and when I’m at the reigns of a project, it shows through in what I create.

personally
2015 brought my husband and I an unmissable opportunity to relocate from England to sunny California, where I’m grateful to have discovered yoga, meditation, and some unforgettably good food. Six years later, mid-pandemic, I moved to Washington, where the shifting seasons have me tending to a newfound love for gardening. It’s been an exercise in patience, which has been quite a learning curve, but relentlessly rewarding.
Life’s full with my two dogs, and they've got a real love-hate relationship going on. It’s a daily puzzle figuring out their dynamic, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I couldn’t ask for a more enigmatic duo to share my days with. The challenges they bring, the love they give - it’s a privilege to be their human.
Despite all life’s changes over the years, my allegiance to tea remains strong, and the quintessential British stereotype lives on — along with my dry sense of humor.
